Coding isn't just a computer skill. Learning to code builds reading, logic and reasoning skills. It encourages communication and collaboration. Technology skills can help even our youngest students build experience and knowledge that will help them create their own future college and career paths.
Digital Learning Day at Medlock Bridge was made possible with support and hands on teaching by our administrative team and our School Technology Specialist. Plus we had a ton of volunteer support from parents and we even had some software engineers donated by a local marketing solutions company, Sales Fusion. It really does take a village to teach kids to code and this village had a blast doing it.
